Their products are stocked in every major retailer, and they’re known for their innovative approach, vibrant marketing and a strong presence in their category. This brand is recognised for its pace, its energy and its culture of ownership where people are encouraged to think commercially, act smart, and bring fresh activation ideas to the table.


About the role...

As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will lead all shopper marketing activity across grocery turning brand and commercial objectives into high-impact shopper campaigns and in store activations that drive conversion. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing as well as external partners, and ensure the brand is represented consistently and effectively across all retail partners.


What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Lead shopper marketing activity across retail channels, including sales communications, tools, in-store activations, and POS materials

  • Leading customer-specific activation planning across grocery

  • Creating shopper campaigns, toolkits and retailer-ready assets

  • Manage external agencies to deliver best-in-class shopper and activation work

About you...

A commercially minded, highly organised, confident with customers and passionate about fast-paced FMCG. You’ll enjoy turning data into action, brand strategy into activation, and insights into ideas that retailers want to buy into.


What we're looking for...

  • Experience within FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or a creative/activation agency supporting FMCG brands.

  • Strong understanding of how shopper or retail activation works whether from brand, customer, or agency side.

  • Confident customer facing and presenting to retailers

  • Comfortable analysing category data and turning insights into persuasive retailer stories

  • Confident working on strategy and contributing to the brand planning process
