We’re looking for an experienced Senior PR Account Director - someone commercially sharp, creatively bold, and ready to step into a leadership role where you’ll influence strategy, drive client success, and help shape the next phase of the agency’s growth.
About the role
This Senior PR Account Director role is a senior leadership opportunity where you’ll own high-profile client relationships, guide strategic thinking, and mentor the wider PR team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, supporting new business initiatives, and embedding your strategic and creative input across accounts.
What you’ll be doing day to day
Leading and managing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Developing and overseeing integrated PR strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact
Providing senior sign-off across campaigns, ensuring creativity and quality remain top-notch
Playing a central role in pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities
Leading quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and value-added thinking
Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level PR team members
Collaborating closely with Social and wider agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns
About you

You’re someone who:
Has extensive agency-side PR experience at a senior level
Has led consumer campaigns across PR, media relations, events, social, and influencer activity
Is comfortable managing and developing teams, inspiring people to deliver their best
Can identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business
Brings commercial savvy alongside creative flair
Is proactive, strategic, and full of personality
