About the role...
As Senior Digital Account Manager, you'll be working as part of a team and reporting into the Client Services Director. Day to day, you'll be managing a portfolio of clients, both retained and project based, taking digital focused briefs. These will be across paid and organic media channels, enabling you to have high level strategic conversations with clients and channel specialists specifically PPC, SEO, CRO, Paid Social, Programmatic & PR. You’ll be used to liaising with developers, creatives and producers to get the work done effectively on behalf of your clients.
About you...
To be considered for this Senior Digital Account Manager role, you will have a proven track record of working in a digital agency (or potentially client side) You'll be used to dealing with developers, creatives and producers to get the work done effectively. Relationship building will come naturally and you'll pride yourself on building strong, trusted partnerships both internally and externally. The more media channels you've worked on the better, however you must have experience with SEO, PPC, Organic & Paid social.
