About the role...
Managing a portfolio of clients in the creative space, nurturing and developing relationships
Developing the business through proactive business development.
Deep diving into the essence of our clients' cultures, extracting the details that make them stand out.
Actively sourcing and qualifying candidates using tools available - CRM, Linked in recruiter, Job applications.
Work your talent alchemy to match candidates who not only have the skills but are the perfect cultural fit.
Be the specialist in the room, navigating the creative sector with expertise and finesse.
Be the refreshing recruiter who knows the ropes and adds a touch of expertise to every placement.
Using a CRM to manage the process and keeping records up to date
Managing the process from candidate registrations to sending cv's, arranging interviews and taking feedback to manage the offer process.
To be considered for this role...
We're looking for someone with proven recruitment experience...ideally in a creative sector, however qualifications or an interest in this space would also be great! We're all about long terms relationships and matching culture fits (as well as key skills) so a passion for understanding and embodying the unique cultures of our clients is key! Being organised is a must and you'll be have a familiarity with applicant tracking systems and keeping them up to date.
