ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a PR & Communications agency that specialises in meaningful engagement across communities, infrastructure and sustainable projects.
We are looking for somebody who has a specific interest and/or knowledge and experience working in a similar field.
About the role...
You will be working in a medium sized team of individuals who are passionate and very well-versed in the area that they work in. The agency's sole focus is partnering with property developers, investors and local governments to report effectively on the work they are doing and how it effects local communities in towns and cities. The agency has their portfolio stacked out with exciting £multi-million regeneration schemes across Yorkshire and the North West.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
Keeping a close eye on local and national coverage of government spend and correlating this with impact it has on residents and the environment
Serving as a communicator between key stakeholders of projects to make sure the external comms align with the work that is planned
Writing for different forms of PR campaigns
Working with the wider team to strategise and brain storm to be able to all meet deadlines
Organising and being involved with events, activations and all other aspects of creative comms
About you...
I am looking to speak to people who are passionate about PR, specifically in the industry of the built environment. This would be a career-shaping role for somebody who has come from a background of PR/public affairs with a solid understanding of the built environment/infrastructure/national and local regeneration schemes.
What we're looking for...
Between 3-5 years experience in the industry
Strong writing skills
Demonstrable experience of working on clients of a similar nature
Somebody who is is used to working to to tight deadlines with specific legislations
