We’re on the lookout for an experienced PR Account Director - someone commercially sharp, creatively bold, and ready to step into a senior leadership role, helping shape campaigns, mentor the team, and drive client success.
About the role
This isn’t just any PR Account Director role. You’ll be leading high-profile client relationships, developing strategic campaigns, influencing creative direction, and contributing to the growth and culture of the agency. You’ll have the freedom to champion ideas, guide the team, and work closely with other departments to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
What you’ll be doing day to day
Leading and nurturing key client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact
Designing and overseeing PR strategies and integrated campaigns that make an impact
Ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, from ideation to execution
Playing a central role in pitches, proposals, and new business initiatives
Conducting quarterly reviews and helping clients see the full value of your work
Spotting opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and innovative thinking
Collaborating with Social and wider teams to create campaigns that work seamlessly across channels
Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior PR team members
About you
You love consumer PR and thrive when working with well-known brands. You’re curious, highly creative, commercially aware, and not afraid to take the lead. You enjoy fast-paced agency life, championing bold ideas, and turning strategic thinking into real-world results.

Senior agency-side PR experience, either as an Account Director or ready to step up
A proven track record leading consumer campaigns across PR, media relations, events, social, or influencer activity
Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
Experience managing and developing a team
Creativity, curiosity, and an ideas-led mindset
A collaborative, ambitious, and confident individual with bags of character
