About the role…
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the marketing strategy and campaign delivery across the venue, focusing on increasing footfall, event attendance and brand visibility. This is a hands-on role combining creativity, data-led insight and people management, with responsibility for a small in-house team.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, social, web, PR and on-site channels
Using insight and performance data to shape campaign themes, messaging and timings
Driving venue footfall through seasonal, event-led and promotional campaigns
Managing venue marketing assets including posters, flyers, signage and in-venue communications
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with events, partnerships and growth plans

What we’re looking for…
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within hospitality, leisure or destination-led businesses

Experience managing or mentoring team members
