About the Role:


As Ecommerce Manager you must have proven experience in ecommerce roles and a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency in website design and open-source platforms like Shopify & WordPress is highly desirable, as is familiarity with leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., within a business context. Reporting to the Digital Director, you'll have a dual mandate. Firstly, you'll oversee the day-to-day ecommerce trading operations for a select group of clients, ensuring their digital channels are optimized for success. Secondly, you'll actively contribute to our insights-led Brand Discovery planning process, leveraging your expertise to shape strategic initiatives that drive brand growth.


About you…


We're seeking Ecommerce Managers who are not only strategic thinkers but also passionate about brand marketing and digital innovation. You should be exceptionally organized, confident in delivering recommendations, curious, intuitive, and adept at navigating complex projects with tact and tenacity. You’ll be an e-commerce and digital marketing specialist who will play a vital role in their existing dynamic team. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with proficiency in data manipulation using tools like Microsoft Excel, will be crucial for generating actionable insights and reports. Additionally, we value proactive problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks based on business requirements. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strategic ecommerce plans for clients, coordinating cross-channel campaigns with internal teams and external agencies, managing website maintenance and optimization activities, overseeing P&L for client ecommerce channels, identifying digital opportunities, providing strategic recommendations, analysing Google Analytics data to inform strategy, generating comprehensive reports, and contributing to Brand Discovery audits for clients.
