As CRM Manager, you’ll lead the brand’s customer engagement strategy, creating data-driven campaigns that boost loyalty, retention, and growth across email, SMS, and push channels.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
Developing and executing CRM strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications
Planning, building, and optimising automated flows and personalised campaigns
Segmenting audiences and using data insights to deliver targeted messaging
Tracking performance, reporting insights, and recommending improvements
Ensuring all communications align with the brand identity and wider content plan

What we're looking for…
Proven experience in CRM or e-commerce marketing (ideally 5+ years)
Experience running high-performing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels
Confident with automation flows, customer segmentation, and reporting dashboards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management, attention to detail, and a creative, proactive approach
