We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Yorkshire based agency who really push the boundaries when it comes to tech and innovation. They are currently looking to expand their commercial team with the hire of a Business Development Director!

About the role...


As a Business Development Director, you will be part of a team responsible for closing new business, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of marketing solutions will enable you to identify potential clients. Day to day, you'll be working alongside the marketing team to identify opportunities and trends in the market to create an active pipeline of prospects then then bring to the pitch process. This role is all about relationships through various channels...this is not about cold calling, it's about marketing, events, networking and nurturing relationships.


About you...


To be considered for this Business Development Director role, we're looking for someone with solid business development / commercial client services experience...ideally in an agency environment. You'll have a proactive and target driven attitude and an understanding of how the sales funnel works. You'll be a natural people person with great communications skills and the ability to talk to internal and external stakeholders and varying levels. In return, you'll be joining the best, along with being rewarded well for delivering results!
