Now they want someone who can open doors, elevate conversations and turn opportunity into long-term, meaningful partnerships.
About the role...
This is a true 360 growth role. You’ll work closely with the MD as a key partner in driving new business, building relationships, getting out to see clients, spotting opportunity and converting it.
This isn’t a “sit behind a screen and send emails” role. It’s visible, proactive and relationship-led.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
Owning and building your own pipeline (with lead gen support where needed)
Managing the full sales cycle — from first intro through to signed contract
Getting out and about to meet clients, attend events and build genuine connections
Leading pitches and shaping compelling, commercially strong pitch decks
Selling not just services, but the agency’s strategic partnership and client experience
Working closely with Heads of Department to ensure every opportunity lands both creatively and commercially
Navigating larger brand environments and more complex buying cycles
You’ll have the autonomy to make things happen, but also the backing of an MD who genuinely values growth and relationships.
About you...
To be considered for this Business Development role, you'll understand agencies. You speak the language. You know how creative, strategy and delivery come together and how to sell that story with credibility. You might have started your career within an agency environment, or you’ve spent the last 3–5 years in a BD/Growth role within one.
What we're looking for...
Have 3–5 years’ solid BD / Growth experience
Have marketing or creative agency experience (essential)
Have managed and grown your own pipeline
Are confident pitching in person and virtually
Love being out meeting people and building long-term relationships
Thrive in a growth environment and get a genuine buzz from winning
Experience working with, or pitching into, larger well-known or global brands would be a real advantage.
