About the role...


As Account Director you'll be responsible for leading and managing client accounts to deliver exceptional marketing solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and advertising principles. You'll be leading a team across strategy, planning, PR, social, creative, content, digital, design and production to develop the brands and campaigns. You'll have a commercial head on your shoulders and have experience of managing and developing profitable accounts. No two days will be the same. You'll be working alongside a fantastic team of like minded people who are passionate about creative work.

To be considered for this Account Director role, we're looking for someone who has experience of working in an agency with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. You'll be proficient in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
