About the role...
As an Account Director, you will be at the forefront, leading client relationships and strategic initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of innovative marketing campaigns. Day to day, your role will involve fostering relationships with clients in the apparel, sports, and fashion industries. Understand their objectives, challenges, and markets to develop marketing strategies for campaigns that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences. You'll be overseeing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. Leading a small team, you'll inspire and lead cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, production and account management to achieve collective success.
Due to the clients, this role does involve European and Global travel!!
About you...
To be considered for this Account Director role, you'll have proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in a creative marketing agency. You'll ideally have an understanding of the apparel, sports, and fashion industries and demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. It goes without saying that you have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Being open to travel is a must due to the clients locations in Europe and America.
Working pattern 2 days in the office weekly. If you're based outside of London, this can be fortnightly.
Down to earth, fun, laid back but passionate and will get the job done!
