As Strategy Director, you'll be working in collaboration with the SLT to shape the agency's vision and brand direction. Responsibilities include spearheading strategic initiatives across the agency's client base, crafting clear media and communications strategies, and overseeing the development of presentations and materials that effectively communicate strategic recommendations. Additionally, the role involves championing the agencies cultural values and channels through innovative strategic approaches, as well as establishing and refining tools, processes, and frameworks for the strategy team and broader business. As Strategy Director, you'll be tasked with inspiring and educating teams on strategic insights, providing strategic direction on client briefs, and challenging both clients and account teams to refine their problem statements. Analysing client issues and offering actionable perspectives is crucial, as is staying abreast of effective marketing strategies for the agencies clients.
