About the Role...


The Paid Media Executive will drive the agency's Paid Social efforts, adapting to new platforms and tactics. In this role you’ll expertly guide clients in optimizing paid channels for growth and target achievement, embodying the 'Experiment & Learn' ethos. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll ensure a cutting-edge, data-centric approach for clients within the broader Paid Media team. You’ll collaborate across teams, support new service development, and fulfil ad hoc tasks as allocated. Drive innovation in performance strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, identify trends, and contribute to integrated media plans. Responsibilities include advising clients on ongoing strategies, overseeing reporting, optimization, and supporting day-to-day campaign operations.

To be considered for this Paid Media Executive role, you’ll be a passionate candidate who embraces creativity and continuous learning, aiming to become a trusted authority in Paid Social. You’ll possess a successful foundation in your paid career, whether gained in an agency, client, or media owner role. Agency-side experience is beneficial, along with a track record of managing projects and campaigns within budget. Familiarity with offline media and knowledge of wider performance channels such as Organic Search, Organic Social, Content Strategy, UX, and CRO is advantageous.
