This role is worth relocating for if you're not in the Leeds area! Although very flexible if you can travel, as you'll be working with top global brands and a lovely bunch of creative specialists!

About the role...


As Production Director, you'll be leading the day to day operation of a large studio with a mix of around 15 creatives (some freelancers). You'll be responsible for this team as well as implementing the best working practices. Client wise, the company works with a mix of brands and along with your team, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.


About you...


To be considered for this Production Director role, you will have proven previous experience of running a studio (clients side or agency) possibly in a Production/Studio Manager position looking for a step up into a more commercial role. You'll have experience of managing a large team with varying levels and experience with appreciation and understanding of creative work. No two days will be the same and we're looking for someone who is a great problem solver. It goes without saying that you'll know your way around a spreadsheet and have experience of leading on operational processes.

To apply for this role we're looking for someone who is well connected with their own "little black book" of freelance contacts, who can lead a team, be firm when needed, plan work, understands the creative process including AI as a tool and of course build partnerships while maintaining that the studio is in the best capacity that it can be.
