About the roles...
You’ll be joining an existing Client Service Team with the day-to-day delivery of digital campaigns for some of the biggest clients within the agency. As well as having the chance to work on full 360 marketing campaigns, alongside your Account Director you will develop opportunities to grow the account by being a performance specialist.
About you...
As a Digital Account Manager you much have a breadth of channel knowledge across PPC, SEO, CRO, Paid Social, Programmatic & PR as a minimum, a must is a strong understanding of Paid and Organic Media Channels , the more channel knowledge the better to have conversations with clients about the best route for them based on what the date and numbers are saying so head for data is needed whether it’s evaluating a spike in a client’s results or understanding the reasons behind a lack of interactions. You’ll be used to briefing developers, creatives and producers to get the work through studio to present back to your clients. You’ll understand the customer journey and the impacts that can be made by actions at the right time and through the right channel and have the appetite to grow and develop your cross-channel marketing knowledge into expertise.
