About the role...
As Creative Production Director, it will be your responsibility to lead the creative team in producing high-quality assets for clients. Reporting to the Creative Content & Media Director, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the production process, inspiring and managing a diverse creative team, defining efficient workflows, collaborating with various stakeholders, staying current on industry trends, managing project budgets and timelines, as well as ensuring design excellence and brand consistency.
About you...
To be considered for this Creative Production Director you'll have experience of working in an agency environment in a Production role (if you have a background in design also, even better!) You'll have a strong understanding of design principles and how the function works, with a good understanding of producing digital assets. We require someone who is commercially and operationally strong - you'll know how to become more efficient through implementing new processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment are really key in this role.
