About the role...


As Account Director, you'll be supporting the Group Account Director and managing a small team of Account Managers. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of exciting sports, fitness and lifestyle brands, delivering strategic solutions to connect them with their target audience. This agency is passionate about creative work and building strong and trusted client relationships so you'll have experience on both counts. You'll know how to work a budget as well as having a commercial head on your shoulders, being able to grow business through spotting opportunities and developing relationships with your clients. Campaigns span across everything from brand strategy, everything from creative to concept to production and delivery. This campaigns will involve videography, photography, installations, POS, digital, events and shoots - no two days will be the same!


About you...


To be considered for this Account Director role, we're looking for someone who has experience of working in an integrated / creative agency...ideally with experience of brand activations, shoots and some retail thrown in there too! Someone who understands structure and can manage your own time - you'll be rewarded by working with some fabulous high end brands and a highly reputable team producing super creative campaigns. This is a great opportunity not to be missed - the agency has ambitious growth plans and they're looking for people to grow with them!
